Very nice ๐ ideas ๐ก i love that and bonus it is inexpensive i love alllll ideas love your videos so creative and you are such a great artist ๐ฉโ๐ค ๐๐๐๐
These ideas were awesome and I definitely want to make the tall box with the little boxes inside. I am all about paper crafts and I have a weakness for cardboard and people at my job laugh at me. I am the inventory clerk for one of the largest car dealerships in my town and we have a huge parts dept and all the hardware (nuts and bolts, etc ) come in cute little white boxes and I am always shoving them under my desk to take home. Also, the end of the boxes that the steering gears come in are about 10X10 thick corrugated cardboard. They are loose in the boxes to keep the metal shank from going thru the outside of the thinner box they come in. As soon as I hand out a new steering gear when the box is clean I take out the 10X10 pieces. I pretend they are like the canvas you buy on a wood frame at the craft stores. I like to take fabric to cover them and staple the fabric to the back. I make my own wall art that way and some of the fabric I buy (in the scrap bins at the fabric store) I look for fabric with nice block prints such as individual little pictures. Also, the cardboard comes in handy when firming up my own parcels to send my gifts to family during the holidays. Also, I am a napkin collector and my mom laughs at me because when I go to a party I always take 2 napkins if I like them – one to wipe my mouth and hands on and one to slip into my purse and I keep in inside my pocket calendar to keep it nice and flat. Right now as I write this I have a beautiful napkin with tulips on it that I have pressed flat with a low temp iron and I use it as a doily under a vase of soft pastel colored silk tulips. At Easter I decoupaged clear glass plates I bought for a buck each at the Dollar Tree and I use pieces of clear plastic from little jewelry bags with people's names written on a small piece and I decoupage their names onto the plates with the napkins. I also take hard cardstock and iron the one ply napkin to the cardstock with plastic wrap in between and it comes out pretty good. I actually was doing that 10 years ago long before I had a computer and saw YouTube videos.
Last week someone gave me 3 huge rolls – never used – of contact paper. It has a white back ground with beautiful silver flowers on them. I was thinking about keeping my eye out for a nice large piece of cardboard at work and covering it with some of the contact paper and buying 2 silver long drawer pulls from Home Depot and putting one on each end of the covered cardboard and making myself a little tray to display on my dresser or on my coffee table. All these pieces of cardboard and paper all go back to the life of a tree that once grew that gave us oxygen in the air and was made by our Lord so it is nice when we appreciate things that are wasteful to others and keep the life of that tree going. Sorry this is so long. Thank you for awesome ideas. My mother and father went on their second honeymoon to Hawaii when I was a small child. My mom and dad never had a lot of money when I was small but, they were savers and we had a good simple life always. When they first were married my dad's boss would only let him have one day off for a honey moon. Anyway, I enjoyed your video and OMGOSH the music was awesome also. I very much enjoyed watching your creativity listening to great tunes. Sincerely, Rebekah in Alexandria, VA
