Cyberpunk 2077 News – NEW Images, Romances, RTX 2080Ti & Cyberpunk Red Release Date!

What’s going on Neon Nation welcome back
to the Neon Arcade for some more Cyberpunk 2077 News. We have a TON to talk about today including
details on a custom Cyberpunk 2077 GPU, GeForce Now vs Stadia, Braindance Gear, Romance Details,
an amazing new image of Night City, and big Cyberpunk red news and first look images. First up we have a couple new images coming
out from a Twitter user who visited CD PROJEKT RED’s studio in what seems to be Krakow. We see the iconic cardinal, and the front
desk but we also see this concept art of what seems to be one of the districts in Night
City. This huge wall of concept art really gives
you a feel for what the developmental team envisions for this Cyberpunk world, and I
immediately get vivid images of Ghost in The Shell and Dredd as the most similar comparisons
to what we see here. As for what district this could be, we see
some power plants in the bottom corner, with gas flares, which are used in industrial plants
to burn off flammable gas released by pressure relief valves. This gives us a big hint that it is Santo
Domingo, which is described as the area where all Night City is powered from with its countless
power plants and industrial factories. This is an dangerous area due to the toxic
products of these plants and we see what seems to be a Dam in the bottom right corner. Whatever district it may be, it makes me really
look forward to what we can see in the Concept Art books from the game itself as well as
some of the images that will be included in The World of Cyberpunk 2077 lore book. Next up we have some amazing news coming out
from NVIDIA in collaboration with Cyberpunk 2077. NVIDIA has had a relationship with CDPR ever
since Cyberpunk 2077 announced it would be utilizing Raytracing in 2077, which will allegedly
give the best graphical experience possible. They are currently taking this partnership
one step further with the announcement of the RTXOn Sweepstakes where you can win a
Limited-Edition Cyberpunk 2077 RTX 2080TI, which I have to say looks absolutely brilliant. On NVIDIA’s official page they say, “We’ve
made just 200 of these Cyberpunk 2077 GPUs, they won’t be sold, but you can potentially
win one. Each has a custom AL5052 aluminum shroud,
with Cyberpunk 2077s signature styling and powerful GeForce RTX 2080 Ti hardware underneath. And of course, it comes gift wrapped in a
special edition Cyberpunk 2077 box, perfect for a collector’s shelf. Nvidia is giving away 77 of these and to enter
the sweepstakes, and all you have to do is head to the GeForce Twitter, Instagram or
Facebook page and retweet, like or comment on their RTXOn sweepstakes post. So, on Twitter, you would Retweet this video,
and tag a gamer who is as excited as you about Cyberpunk 2077 along with the hashtag RTXOn
to be entered. You as well as the person you tagged are then
entered to win. Now if you don’t have anyone on Twitter
to tag, you can always tag your boy TheNeonArcade, but I know MadQueen and Parris have been super
super excited about this, so again if you , consider tagging
them as well. Keep an eye out for CDPR to be giving these
away in the future and charity events where these can potentially be bought or won. The Cyberpunk Twitter page has mentioned this
is just the beginning so maybe there will be another version or more releasing in the
future, since 200 makes it incredibly exclusive. We also have another announcement from NVIDIA
that Cyberpunk 2077 will be a title for GeForce NOW, which is NVIDIAs cloud gaming service
along the same lines of google stadia and microsoft’s project xCloud. On the NVIDIA updates and announcement page
we have a statement from [email protected] stating “Hi everyone, happy to share some exciting
news: Cyberpunk 2077 will be available on GeForce NOW the day it’s released. GeForce NOW members will be able to grab their
copy on Steam and play the game the moment it’s available. GeForce NOW Founders members can explore the
streets of Night City with RTX ON, fully optimized and instantly available even on your Mac Laptop. Stay tuned for more news.” This is another big announcement which followed
Stadia’s recent statements of having Cyberpunk 2077 on launch as well. Initially the Stadia version was to be released
sometime after April 16th, but now with the delay, it will be on Stadia the day it comes
out as well. Moving on we have a new image shared by Cyberpunk
2077 for Valentines Day this year. If you guys remember last year, they showcased
this chromed out Cupid sporting this giant pink Sniper rifle for Valentines day, and
this year they delivered another really awesome image from the Cyberpunk world. This woman who I think is oddly reminiscent
of Sandra Dorsett from the first 48 minute demo, is featured wearing this headset or
headgear piece of some sort being used to watch a steamy Braindance. With the caption, no plans for Valentines
Day? Solo is always a good option, this likely
refers to the fact that this braindance is highly sexual in nature, and that with braindance
you don’t really need another flesh and bone human to have a little fun. The panels on the headset emit these hearts
onto the eyes of this character, and from what we know about Braindance so far, we know
that many of these experiences have to do with romantic extra-curriculars. Braindances are essentially Virtual Reality
on steroids where the viewer feels all the stimuli, including motor impulses and emotions
associated with what ever is happening in the braindance recording they are viewing. Back in the E3 2018 trailer, the braindance
headset seemed to be more of what we know as a traditional VR headset in our modern
day world, but MadQueen also noticed how during the Grimes performance at the VGAs this same
type of headset was used. We initially thought this was for netrunning
as the rest of the video seemed like it was in the net. in Hindsight it could also be a braindance. She did a great video on some of these theories,
so I’ll link that in the description for you guys to check out. In any case, I love this image as a whole
she has really rockergirl-ish style, and the new look of the braindance headgear
is fantastic as well. In the same vein when we are discussing romances,
a reddit user pulled up an old and overlooked tweet from CDPR developer Mateus Tomaskiewicz,
where we learn more about gay, lesbian, bi and straight relationships and how they are
balanced in Cyberpunk 2077. In the thread a user asks about how attractive
the gay romance option will be, to which Mateusz responds with he thinks he’s a stud, but
also mentions a female gay romance option. Another user chimes in with a follow up comment
mentioning that if we only get one gay and lesbian option, they hope the straight options
are balanced and there’s more bisexual options, to which Mateusz responds with Everyone will
get equal amounts of quality content when it comes to romances, relationships and options
in Night City. Now again this was an older tweet, so as always
things are subject to change. Next up we have some amazing details from
RTalsorian and Cyberpunk Red. If you guys tuned into the Cyberpunk 2077
Community Podcast on this channel last Sunday, you’d know we got the chance to premiere
two new Cyberpunk Red images for the first time thanks to JGray and the guys at RTalsorian. What we showed were these 2 images which will
be featured in the full release of Cyberpunk Red, which is a tabletop RPG primer to Cyberpunk
2077 which takes place in the 2040s, after Cyberpunk 2020 and before 2077. There’s a full tabletop RPG ruleset, as
well as world lore, and with that being said RTalsorian also now has a tentative release
date. You’d remember the initial release date
was for 2019 before Cyberpunk 2077 was delayed, and so RTalsorian is taking the time to polish
up their own work that will be releasing pre-2077. In a blog post they reveal their new hopeful
release date by saying “There’s a rumor around the internet that Cyberpunk Red core
will be out in June. We’re stamping this one as partially true. Here’s the details. As some keen-eyed Screwheads have noted we
originally announced an August 2019 release date for Cyberpunk Red core. However, the need to work with CD PROJEKT
RED to make sure the lore of the Cyberpunk universe ran smooth from 2013 to 2020 to Red
to 2077 forced us to take that release date off the table. Expanding a collaborative, multimedia universe
takes flexibility. Since we knew it would take some time to work
out the lore kinks, Mike and the team decided to take the time to examine the rules, line
by line, do some more testing and polish things up. Our art director, the incredible Jaye Kovach,
also gleefully took advantage of the extra time to work with her astoundingly talented
artists and create additional illustrations beyond the initial order. Thus, our current goal to have design, writing,
editing, more editing, layout, and printing done and done is sometime in June.” They go on to mention that “If, during these
final months, we decide the game needs more work, we will work on the game more. Therefore, June is a target and not a promise.” Moving on we have something incredibly awesome
from a Cyberpunk 2077 community member. Reddit user Svale_Chow 3D modelled his best
interpretation of Night City based off of some of the maps and information we have thus
far to recreate this concrete jungle. He’s also included a tiny person to give
you an idea of the scale of the city. This is amazing stuff, as you can zoom in
and out and rotate the whole map, so if you want a potential taste of the Cyberpunk 2077
map, whether or not it’s 100% accurate or not, definitely check this out. We also have an Xbox One Limited Edition Cyberpunk
2077 Wireless Controller that will be hitting the market in the future after it appeared
on South African retailer Raru’s online site. It’s since been taken down, but honestly
speaking cyberpunk 2077 themed controllers and consoles are probably a safe bet based
off of how big this game is. There wasn’t a picture to go along with
the listing, but I’m sure this fans recreation is somewhere within the ballpark knowing how
much CDPR loves their yellow. Next we have an article from TheGamer, which
seems to be getting a ton of attention lately for all the wrong reasons. In an article titled “It’s time to stop
worshiping CDPR” TheGamer brings up missteps that CDPR has taken, and questions why they
are so popular. They’ve even used YouTuber LegacyKillaHDs
Thumbnails as some sort of weaponization against him and I guess people who make positive videos
about the developer. It’s an article that proclaims that CDPR
can do no wrong in the eyes of the fans, which is not true because if you look more deeply
there’s vocal communities in camps of their fans wanting third person, criticizing CDPR
for their policies, and people wary about how they are going to approach social issues. Where criticism or discussion is due, from
what I’ve been seeing fans are more than happy to add to that discussion. Me personally, I’ve been critical of the
Pacifica demo showing, which I think graphically was not up to snuff, I think the gunplay they’ve
shown seems a bit flat, and I’m on the fence about the amount of third person cutscenes
that CDPR is planning. CDPR is not perfect, but shaming fans for
being fans, and digging up old outdated facts that CDPR have since rectified like the did
you assume their gender tweet debacle where the employee who posted this was let go, or
working conditions, which has since made progress from The Witcher 3’s development is apparently
null and void. Telling a studio, they should be ashamed for
transparency, especially when it comes to issues on crunch is pretty counterproductive. Admittance of issues but reminding people
they are working to find solutions as they go should be encouraged, not ostracized. If the developers were as miserable as the
media or press claims they are, everyone would have realistically quit by now. Anyways I typically don’t touch on these
topics, but this had gotten big enough to where it was worth mentioning. Thanks for watching and for more Cyberpunk

  2. Hold up, if Santo Domingo has toxic air, I hope you will have to wear a mask or something like that to avoid the dangerous air.

  3. Would love more information from CDPR and Pondsmith as well as to something they really love about the upcoming game.
Would love that card however i do not have twitter or facebook or any of those other social media sites.

  4. The NVidea card is only available in small numbers via a sweepstake, or for sale at $500+ given you won't need this level of card to play Cyberpunk 2077, unless you want the overblown ray tracing.

  5. It would be really nice if everyone gets the same amount of romance options, and just more romance options in general. I hate when games give you like one option, and if you aren't particularly fond of that one character then you really don't get to experience that part of the game.

  6. Too bad I don't have anyone to tag to win the contest Lmao, joking aside. The graphical state of that other Demo was indeed weak, and I will be the first when/if CDPR fucks this up! No one is save! fuck fan boys/girls

  7. We still don't know if the most beautiful woman in Night City is available for romance with V! We only know that she thinks that she and V "really ought to work together more often."

  8. Ordered my 2080 TI today and then I hear about the Cyberpunk one, but then I hear they aren't for sale and I feel better again.

  9. Would be awesome if you'd be able to bring down night city's power plants in santo domingo,no mo neon lights n holo hooker popups in the streets🤷‍♂️

  10. first thing im gonna do is try braindance too see what it looks like, im avoiding all cyberpunk gameplay on release until i get the game myself

  11. I don't think it's a new type of braindance headset, I think its following the same idea that Ready Player One did for equipment and there will be different grades/brands of braindance gear with their own distinct appearances.

  12. I would like that male and female V have some different romance options, kinda like in Dragon Age Inquisition, I don't like when everyone is bisexual. Or at least make it a bit different depending on the gender of our character.

  13. I want the controller 🙃 and I'm a fan of 'CD PROJEKT RED' and the people behind this Studio.
    See you and 🤹‍♂️🤹‍♀️🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️🎮🕹 😉

  14. Everytime you say Neon Nation my brain automatically hears "Nyan Nation" and now all i could think about is Nyan Cat XD
Great Cyberpunk content though! Super Hyped

  15. The past month has been the worst of my life, I wish brain dance was real
I told myself I have to survive these tough times to see Cyberpunk

  16. Everyone who badmouth CDPR need a Igni sign at face lol, i´m good with the options (since is pretty obvious that´s great than TW3) xD (including Meredith) XD, i´m hoping there´s a redhead like Triss lol, more images mean more wallpapers, that 3D map was amazing! you aced Neon, i pre ordered the game for XB1 and PC when it got announced (before delay).

  17. Imagine having a Cyberpunk braindance and in that braindance have a braindance of having a braindance in a Cyberpunk braindance and then having a braindance in that braindance of Cyberpunk and then have a braindance in that Cyberpunk braindance and then–

  18. Can someone just link me to the point where gameplay is seen or talked about? I can't be arsed with all these "channel sponsors".

  19. Nice vid Neon! This is the only title I care for tbh. Casually playin looter shooters to past the time. May pick up Cyberpunk Red for my local LGS.

Quick question – I am not sure if CDPR have addressed this already but i imagine this title will be streamed, will there be features within the settings to 'block' certain types of content? I dont stream so im not informed on streaming platforms TOS but i dont want content creators slammed by the games content if it can be targeted for scrutiny – would kinda suck aha

  20. Damn Neon, you are dedicated to this channel even in the face of a brutal 5 month delay. Respect. I’m going to have to go dark on Cyberpunk for the next 6 months and try to forget the game. The wait is just too much for me handle. I’ll see you back here in August when marketing ramps up!

  21. Im going to play both as male and female, but for my female playthrough I hope we will be able to create an Sara Pezzini (Witchblade)/Lara Croft type female; before they were changed for political gain (also encounter as romance options). Hashtag: nostalgia and personal preference of attraction. As for the hit pieces towards CDPR, they will never stop. Most media is corporate media, which they also use to smear companies who dont follow the typical multinational/transnational corporation playbook of deceit, tax evasion, eroding legislation etc etc.

  22. Good news…mostly!
I know that CDPR and most of the world loves NVIDIA cards, but the Xbox One/PS4 version of the game is on AMD hardware. So for equality we could get an AMD version of Cyberpunk 2077 style graphics card as well. Even without the RTX (ray tracing) features, less computing power, they're still nice GPU's. At least these are way cheaper than the RTX 2080 Ti. 🙂

  23. I noticed the countdown in the right corner, good idea!👍 I’m also counting days until release. I can hardly wait😆 Thanks again for the video!

  24. I'm glad they are taking their time, I have been looking forward to this game for a while. But Hell Yeah! This is probably the first game where I'm not pissed or upset that the Release Date keeps getting pushed back. Very exciting!

  25. Another great video. We the gamers are quite difficult to please because our hype and excitement for a new product is overwhelming and sometimes the disappointment when a game isn't up to scratch is a very heavy blow. CD Project Red has dealt with us very well so far and given the time they have taken with this masterpiece of a game, well… They deserve to be idolised I think. Can't wait! The gaming community, our people, will be on fire come September!

  26. Have they released any new songs since chippin in? Ive been on and off with cyberpunk for a while so i havent heard about any new music

  27. I’m going to upgrade to 1080 from 1060 just for this game, so I’d like the graphics card. But knowing my luck, I won’t get one. 🙁

  28. Just thought of something

Saw a comment saying something about solo opt meaning no valentine's day

Do you think its possible to see valentine's day, easter, halloween, Christmas and even birthdays as random events?

  29. As Cosmo Kramer once said: "That's it I'm out…. I'm out, I'm out of the contest."
I don't do twitter, instagram, facebook, or even twitch (not like that one matters). And I don't intend to make any accounts just for a shitty ray-tracing card.

Also I am critical of CDPR on the subject of their '"When it's ready" slogan. Just to announce a date, then a delay. Why even pull the "When it's ready" slogan, if they had even an inkling that they might need to delay it? They should have kept the "When it's ready" until they where 100% sure that there was going to be no delay what so ever.
But no they had to play that hype train non-sense. Just to grab headlines again.

  30. As you know by all of my comments. I agree that CDPR gets away with way too much. Especially the delay. Hyping up a legit date with Keanue and then canceling that was such a huge disappointment. Way beyond the "I can wait as long as itd good" comments. People took off work lol. Giving dates and not following through is realllyyyy immature
