“Hi, I’m Hang Shuen. Do you want to hang your own paintings in
your apartment, but think it’s too complicated? Don’t worry, I’ll show you a simple way
to create beautiful spray paint artwork with just leaves and branches.” You’ll need a canvas. Light adhesive spray. You can get it at a home improvement store
or online. A can of spray paint. I chose gold. Acrylic paint for the canvas. A brush And twigs with little leaves. I cut these from a bush here in the area. Paint the canvas with a base of acrylic paint
– bold colors work best. The edges aren’t important – we’ll cover
those later. Let dry for about half an hour. Spray the twigs and leaves with the adhesive
and wait for the glue to start drying. This should take about ten minutes. Now carefully stick the twigs to the canvas. Gently press the leaves down individually. Spray the canvas with the spray paint. The fumes may be rather strong, so it’s
best to work near an open window or outside. Peel off the leaves and voilá! Your picture is ready! I’ve tried this with other leaves and colors,
and this is what it looks like… “You can also apply the same technique using
other objects, such as letter shapes or ropes.”
