Easy Way to Remove Dent from Framed Canvas Art

okay I’m going to show you how to remove
a dent from canvas. Here’s a piece of canvas art. I don’t know if you can see
it but there’s a dent there in it and I’m going to show you an easy way to get it
out pretty quickly. what you need is a cotton rag or towel or just something soft to lay down your canvas on so it doesn’t get damaged. We’re going to do that and the dent is right here. You always want to do this on the backside of
the canvas. you get a hairdryer you get a rag
that’s dampened with warm water — jump damp not not soaking wet — as you can see no
water is coming out of it when I squeeze it. what you do you is rub it on the
backside of the canvas where the dent is. Kind of wet it and let it soak in for a little
bit. Then you want to plug in your hair dryer and put it on high high heat and what it’s going to do is while it it dries out its going to shrink that canvas a little bit look it over
as you can see the dent is gone good luck hopefully helps you out

  1. I have a very valuable painting that the canvas has loosened up on over the last century! I’m gonna try this!
