  1. Blue exterior, interior red walls, a bedroom decorated in purple. Harmony and decorum out the window, other wise a nice tiny.

  2. SQ footage ? Price? details? I don't want builders to get all confused and greedy and silly minded on thinking that people actually WANT to merely downsize. I dont want to pay 100k for a 500 sq ft house Esp. a small place desguised with some cleverly decored gingerbread but no real comfort in the actual day to day living space. People downsize for the MAIN reason that housing is so OUTRAGEOUSLY high … no one can afford a real house anymore.
Mostly because of outrageous utility and property tax bills but ESPECIALLy because of illegal aliens flooding the Nation… renting an apt or a house, then moving in 30 ppl … sleeping on the floor or whatever and all are pitching in a few bucks to cover the rents. The greedy corrupt landlords ( often politicians in hiding) catch on and RAISE the rents thru the roof on EVERYBODY … including American Citizens .. who don't have a culture where they have 20 or 30 ppl parking in the house. collecting money off of each of them. Just caught the 42 x 12 ft. And I noticed cant even open the bedroom door without it scooted up against the bed.
This design doesn't really offer people anything. NO offense but come on man. some pretty lighting under the cabintry is attractive but what does this house really offer any prospective homeowner? How does this house offer an actual lifestyle or save or make money for the homeowner? for anyone other than the builder? smh.
    Okay… not alright but okay.

  3. Horrific decorator. Totally turned off on the choice of color and furnishings. Surprise because they usually do so well

  4. The furniture is out dated for living room. Walls and test fixtures are modern. Should have gone to IKea for the furniture. Staggering is everything when selling a product.
