Home Improvement Leads: 3 Tips To Get More…

to help you generate more home improvement leads for your business. Best of all, all three of these tips are absolutely
free to you. So let’s jump right in. Tip #1 to generate more home improvement leads
– use awards. Create an annual award for your employees.
It could be an employee of the year, foreman of the year, sales rep of the year,
shooting star, anything you can come up with. But create an award. More importantly, promote it and publicize
it. The fact that you are giving this award away. Promote that to the local news and press
in your area. It’s great for PR. And more importantly, or
just as important, is that it’s great for team morale. It shows your people that you
appreciate them. So when you can combine both of those together,
it’s a great tip to use. OK, tip #2 to generate more home improvement
leads – research. now, this is a pretty creative idea and it’s
a really neat way to approach it. Conduct industry research. Do some research on your industry. Whether
it be about certain products that are often used, or certain process’s that happen in
your business, or maybe some of the challenges that are faced
by other business owners in your same industry. Do some research and develop a press release
to announce your important findings. There’s always something important and something interesting
that you can find and write about in your industry. The important key here, by developing this
press release and submitting it and promoting it, is that it helps to build your authority.
It helps to establish you as a leader in your industry. Now, we all know that
people love to follow the leader. So it’s a great, great tip to implement. And finally, Tip #3 to generate more home
improvement leads, and this is one of my favorite ones, testimonials. Include customer’s testimonials on your
website, in sales presentations, in marketing materials, put them everywhere! Anywhere you
can! There’s nothing more important and more powerful
in your marketing efforts than having someone else tell your story. It’s a great, great tip to implement. Hopefully you’ve got some customers that like
what you’ve done for them so you shouldn’t have a problem getting testimonials. But gather them up, and get them in different
formats. Have them as a written testimonial. Someone hand-writing a letter into you. You could have them leave a voicemail message
and record the audio – to have an audio testimonial you can use on your website. Keep a little, small handheld camera. Most
phones nowadays or small cameras can record a quick video, that you can talk with your
customer and do a video testimonial, getting their feedback about your company. More importantly, the key here is to get as
many testimonials as you can and put them everywhere. It’s a super powerful tip. So there you go. This is Damion Rutherford
