So let’s unbox this bakeware organizer. That’s an end protector. You need to pull those off. No reason to have those on there. Organized trays. Instructions. First you need to connect these. So there’s different types of screws. These are for screwing the unit down to the cabinet. These are for screwing these down to the bracket. We’re going to do that first. These are little knurled screw-nuts they have here. No washers needed. You put the allen key in here and tighten it up. Well engineered. That’s one and this is has four of these
that we’re going to put on here. Then the last one then I’ll tighten them all up. Actually, if you go to put it on backwards it won’t let you.
It stops because you end up cross threading it, and that doesn’t work very well. You can tighten up any side, it doesn’t really matter. Pulls right into its own spot. There’s no real adjustment on these you just tighten them up. Make sure they’re tight because once you put the rack in and they’re not tight, you’ll have to take the whole thing out. And that’s a pain. Alright that is tight. Which
direction are we going? It’s this side. These are the brackets that screw down
into the cabinet. These are the clips that you want to screw this to.
Perfect, that’s why they didn’t align properly. Glad we figured that out. These are Phillips, so I’m just gonna grab my phillips driver. I’m just gonna start them. I’m not
gonna drive them all the way yet. I like using these number two
phillips tips with these six inch long shafts. It makes life so much easier when
you’re assembling things like this. Just think about getting down in there with a
one inch or a two inch driver. It just doesn’t work well. I’m gonna tighten them up. This is pre assembly before we put it inside the cabinet. Of course they give you a couple of extras. The last thing that I need now are the screws to put it in the cabinet. Works for me.
So let’s go put it in the cabinet. So now I’m gonna slide the organizer in. Like so. I’m gonna get it centered… That should be perfect right there. Okay, let me grab a screw. Let’s put the first screw in there. We’re just starting the screw, I’m not gonna run it all the way down. That way we can still adjust a little bit. I think that’s a good spot. I’m gonna lock these two in. Then I’m gonna do the back ones. The back ones are gonna be hard for me to show you. But basically you see what you have there. Very nice. So as you’re see here I put my pans in there. That slides right in there. Close the door, and all done. Thanks for watching.
