Interior Design for the Dining Room : Finishing Touches to Christmas Tablescapes in the Dining Room

My name is Judy Williams representing expertvillage.com,
and today we are talking about different ways to decorate your dining room. Mississippi’s
state flower is the magnolia, so I’m very sentimental and I like to have a theme. So
with this I’m using the Mississippi’s state flower done in gold. Again you will notice
that I have curved the branch and I will just lay a few of these in the arrangement. These
accents add so much more character to what you have done. I’m going to take this off
until I finish this. Alright we are going to add flowers here and then we are just going
to curve this one in. Add some little depth. And then for our final accent I’m going to
place Santa riding the deer.

  1. I thought the same thing! This is so outrageously large for a table centerpeice… It's only suited for a totally disfunctional family gathering, as you'd NEVER be able to see the person across from you… there's barely even enough room for plates!

I think it's way too tacky. Looks like a pile of cheap spray-painted crap that got dumped into the center of the table. Gross.
