Interior Design Inspiration and Makeover with Sharon Grech | Benjamin Moore

Although it was commonplace in the 70s
to use a different color carpet in every single room we don’t do that today
here the homeowner replaced all the carpeting with a nice plush off-white in
all three of the bedrooms and we use the same paint color actually metropolitan a
nice complex gray also in all three bedrooms but it actually feels different
in each space with the different bedding and the different colored accessories
now in the hallway simply white was used for all of the walls but to add a little
bit of contrast we use Grey Owl on the trim the carpet was replaced with this
beautiful wide plank white oak flooring just love how it adds warmth and the
closets were updated not removed but instead we’ve got nice open shelving
it’s a great way to display items and even store your linens
I guess bathroom doesn’t really need that much storage and counter space in
this case the homeowner replaced the long large vanity and the very dated
bathtub with a walk-in shower that’s very spacious this beautiful sleek
freestanding tub and then a wall hung sink just to add to the spacious feeling
in here on the walls we use Grey Owl which is a lovely soft grey with a hint
of blue green I think it’s the perfect finishing touch to add that spa feeling
to any bathroom.
