Mental Health challenges are just like… painting a wall?!!


Mental Health can be just like, grrrrrrr,
painting! How I here you ask?!… Well, you take all your time to prep, you
get your masking tape in place, dust sheets in place. You take your time, you
put on your three layers… You’ve got your brush, you wrap it up in cling film
afterwards and you wait for the results… And then you have to paint another layer –
it’s not quite right! And then you wait for the results and you have to paint a
third layer because it’s not quite right. THEN, it looks great! You’ve got a nice even
spread across the walls, so you go to take off the masking tape expecting a
beautiful finish and a perfect mental well-being. But no! What do you get? I’ll
show you what you flipping get… oh nice… nice…. So no matter what I did, that
mental health challenge was gonna pop up in the first place :o( So, I’ve been to the shop, got some more supplies (got some frog tape this time!) and I will persevere.
I will overcome it and then I’ll finish that last wall! If you’ve got a mental
health challenge and you’re a bit like the painting episode, keep going you will
get there in the end!!! :o)
