Peace, Love, Kindness – Mural Story, Charles H. Hulse Public School

The heart represents ourselves. The orange oval represents our community. The two friends in the magenta circle represent that we can still be different, but we can still be loved and accepted. The blue square is crooked because everyone is special in their own different way. They do things in their own different way. There’s no such thing as only one path. The soccer ball, music notes and paintbrushes show the importance of sport and arts in our lives. The eagle was added in consultation by an Algonquin Artist. It shows that we must take care of every part of Mother Earth. All the other images show the way we help each other to build peace and work together as one big family to make the world a better place.
