in East Oakland California and we’re here in front of a mural dedicated to
the rapper known as the Jacka who was murdered at this very location the mural
and the music of the Jacka play a very significant cultural impact for the
people and especially young people of East Oakland this location is of
particular significance and because of that and because of the numerous
killings that do happen in East Oakland it is a recommendation of the East
Oakland times if you do come through this area to say a prayer have a moment
of silence for the loss of a young man to gun violence and for the loss of the
multitudes in East Oakland to gun violence in oakland this again is tio
