To have a glass of water, we go two hours away. And when there is rain or snow, we have more difficulties. It’s hard to go [get water] when there is mud everywhere. There’s not much water, so we have to wait until the buckets will be filled. We have a big artesian well on the other side of the village We can go there, but coming back with heavy buckets is hard. There are old and sick people here. It’s difficult to bring [water to them]. There are 170 houses in our village. And even in 30 out of 170 houses, there is no water. The water from the artesian well is not enough for the houses. While drinking it, you can find even worms in it. The quality of water is very low. We’ve come only 1 kilometer away, but here there’s already no water. We use this water that I filled the bucket with now. This water is not for drinking To solve this water issue is very important for us, to provide drinking water for us. Even when you drink tea, you don’t sense the taste, just because the water is not good. If the water is clean enough, the tea will be reddish. This water is definitely not for drinking. Water is life. If there’s no water someplace, people should not live there. To grow something on land requires having water. A person can go without food, but cannot survive without water. I could call it the second God. This is the meaning of water.
