Wall hanging

In this video, I’m going to show you how you can crochet this wall hanging it’s fast because it’s made of one single piece and it has loop stitches and fringes for lots of texture the wall hanging is made in one piece crocheted back and forth and started from the upper edge in the description of this clip you will find a link that will take you to the written instructions and more details about this pattern you will need a 12 mm crochet hook 500 grams of t-shirt yarn and a 68 cm long stick to start, we make 37 chains, do not make them tight 37, and now, to start row 1 in the 7th chain from the hook I make 1 double crochet then I chain 1, I skip 1 chain from the base and I make 1 dc in the next ch I chain 1, I skip 1 chain from the base again and I repeat 1 dc in next ch, I ch 1, I skip 1 ch and I continue repeating for the whole row and to end the row, I chain 1, I skip 1 ch from the base and we must have 1 ch left to make the last dc and row 1 is finished, with 17 dc and 16 ch 1 spaces the chains that we left undone at the beginning of the row are 2 base chains, 3 ch that replace the first dc + 1 ch to start row 2, we turn our work we chain 3, these 3 ch replace the first dc so, starting from the 2nd stitch we make 32 dc more for a total of 33 sts we will make the next dc inside the first ch 1 space and the next dc, in the dc of last row and we continue making 1 dc in the ch 1 space and then 1 dc over the dc of last row to finish the row, we make 1 dc in the dc of last row then, 1 dc in the ch 1 space and finally, from the chains that were left undone we count the 5th ch and there, we will make the last dc of the row and this is the end of row 2, with 33 sts now, to start row 3, we turn our work we ch 3, these 3 ch replace the first dc so, starting from the 2nd stitch we will make 32 dc more for a total of 33 sts to finish the row, we look for the 3rd beginning ch and there we make the last dc of row 3 and this is the end of row 3, with 33 sts and next, we will make the first row of loop stitch to start row 4, we turn our work I chain 1 and we will make the first loop st starting from the 1st st I insert the hook in the stitch and I pull up a long loop with my index finger and I will go around the front of the loop with my hook and all the way to the back I take the complete loop, pull through the st and now I have 3 loops on my hook I drop the long loop, I yarn over and close my first loop stitch this row is the wrong side of my work as the loop is made on the opposite side now, let’s continue with the next loop st I insert the hook in the next stitch with my index finger, I pull a long loop then go around the front of the loop and go all the way to the back take the complete loop, pull through the st with 3 loops on my hook I drop the long loop, yarn over, and close the st and my 2nd loop st is done, and I continue repeating I insert the hook in the next stitch pull a long loop, go around the front of the loop all the way to the back, take the complete loop, pull through the st, with 3 loops on my hook I drop the long loop, yarn over, and close and I continue repeating for the whole row to finish the row, I look for the 3rd beginning ch and there I will make my last loop st and this is the end of row 4, with 33 loop sts this is the wrong side of our work all the loops are visible on the opposite side now, to start row 5, we turn our work I ch 1, and starting from the 1st st I will make 33 sc, for a total of 33 sts and this is the end of row 5, with 33 sc as for the loops, we can pull them a little bit more so they are longer and more visible on the right side of our work to start row 6, we turn our work and we will make the loop sts once again I ch 1, and I will start with 1 loop st from the 1st st I insert the hook, pull a long loop go around the front of the loop with my hook all the way to the back, pull through the st drop the loop, yarn over and close and I continue repeating the same steps making 1 loop st in each of the following sts to complete 33 loop sts and this is the end of row 6, with 33 loop sts and all the loops are on the opposite side once again to start row 7, we turn our work and we will make one row of 33 sc and then, for row 8, we will make 33 loop sts once again and this is the end of row 8, with 33 loop sts the loops showing on the opposite side to start row 9, we turn our work I ch 3, these 3 ch replace the first dc so starting from the 2nd stitch I will make 32 dc more for a total of 33 sts and we will repeat this row of 33 dc, 2 times more until completing row 11 and this is the end of row 11, with 33 dc next, for row 12, we will make 33 loop sts we turn our work to start the row I ch 1, and starting from the 1st st I repeat the same steps for the loops until completing 33 loop sts next, for row 13, we will make 33 sc and for row 14, 33 loop sts once again and we will repeat the same sequence for rows 15 and 16 and this is the end of row 16 and how it looks from the right side to start row 17, we ch 3, these 3 ch replace the first dc so, starting from the 2nd stitch we make 32 dc more for a total of 33 sts and we will do the same for rows 18 and 19 and this is the end of row 19 next, we fasten off and then we weave in all the ends of our work and now, for the finishing we have to cut 33, 40 cm strips, to make the fringes we will place the fringes over the last row on the right side of our work for the 1st st, we look for the 3rd beginning ch and we insert our hook we take the strip, we fold it in half then we place it over our hook pull through the st, yarn over and close and we pull to adjust in the 1st st and the first fringe is done and we continue with the next we take another strip, which we fold in half we go to the next dc, we insert the hook place the strip over the hook pull through the st, yarn over we pull and adjust to make the 2nd fringe and we repeat, making 1 fringe in each of our 33 dc we make the last fringe and the edging is finished with 1 fringe in each st and our wall hanging is finished now we just have to place the stick or holder by going through the ch 1 spaces of row 1 and it’s all ready to be place on any wall I hope you liked it and that you can make one yourself to decorate your home
